Review: I received a costume bought online from [redacted] I did not fit, I send back to them with registered mail. I have been e-mailing for 40 days and 2 times they say I will receive refund in 48 hours, but I waited and no refund. Now they just ignore my e-mails, don't even respond to them. I think it is a shady business, no customer service telephone number, only e-mail.Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund fro the money I paid as per their refund policy on their website.
