Hodges Brothers

Had hail damage on roof and insurance recommended replacing. Hodges Brothers roofing submitted an estimate lower than insurance company's estimate. They installed it in two days and did a marvelous job. They are a credit to their industry.

Hodges Brothers did an excellent quality job on my roof after Hurricane Irma caused significant damage. They were courteous, quick, and reasonably priced.

Hodges Brothers did roof last year. Is still under warranty. Roof leaked in 5 places before hurricane Irma. They refuse to come look at roof at all.
September 7th 2016 Hodges Brothers replaced my roof. It was paid for in full by my insurance (SFI) and myself. On September 10th at approximately 1pm prior to hurricane Irma reaching us the roof began to leak. First out of the air vent then out of the light fixture and then began to seep out of the walls in 3 places. After the hurricane was over we went up to inspect the roof for damage from the storm. There was none picture and video footage as proof. I called Hodges and after several attempts was able to speak to Laura H she informed me that someone would be out the next day. No one showed up or returned my call when I called back to check when they would arrive. The following day I spoke to a man who informed me that my warranty was irrelevant since he claimed it was hurricane damage without doing any sort of inspection as well as yelling and talking over me while I was trying to explain the roof leaking occurred prior to the hurricane. At which point he told me he would not be doing anything about it and that I should file a claim with my insurance and promptly hung up on me. I did speak with my insurance at length and they informed me that unless I filed a claim they would be unable to send someone out to as the "damage" and that in truth the roofing company was responsible for the issues at hand.
