The girls were arriving within 30 min of the scheduled time which most companies only offer a window, we offer a specific time and we try to get as close to the time as we can.  When we price the clean, we don't base it on hours, we don't get paid by the hour we are paid by the job, and again if the condition is worse then originally stated by the customer we are going to charge additional to complete the job as stated in the original email.  The girls started working and on the surface the house didn't seem too bad...except for the master shower which the cleaners stated had not been cleaned in probably 6 months to a year.  This alone would have granted me the right to charge more because the client mislead us and said she had cleaned "in the last month".  Long story short, the client was unwilling to work with us in settling on a price.  She was in the home drinking alcohol with a friend and made my cleaners very uncomfortable so I told them to work till 5pm which is a LOT longer then this clean should have taken and then left.  I will attach the email with the estimate request.  This woman threatened to post negative things about me on [redacted] and even had admins of groups delete her and her post from the group because she was so rude.

The woman stole antibiotics, as well as some old pain medications that I had. The bottles were empty, why would one steal antibiotics and wouldn't you think the person would find out immediately. When I called the owner to cease a business relationship, she replied that she was being scammed. She was aggressive and misleading. I have since filed a police report. Thankfully she will never be in my home again, with employees like that its scary what else could happen.

We used this company for a deep clean. There prices were higher than others, but that does not correlate to the quality of the work. A detailed list was provided prior to cleaning by the owner of what I should expect to be cleaned during the service I chose. When I returned home most of the deep clean items were not done. I confirmed with the owner that the cleaners knew I chose the highest package. She said yes. I proceeded to tell her that the baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, doors and walls not wiped down, sliding door not cleaned, and other items were subpar but I did not even go into that with her. She gave me attitude at first saying that it was because we had flat paint. No where in my house do we have flat paint (she also had never seen my home except for the photos I sent her of the subpar work). She sent one of the cleaners back out to my home. However she was so upset to have to come back she made it very uncomfortable and did not apologize. She made it seem like t was my fault that she didn't do her job. I was very disappointed with this company.
