restriction in the evaporator coil. *** *** and *** *** worked on itThey went back a couple timesMy understanding was that it was unrepairable; she needs a new evaporator coupleThey explained that to the son, he said that he was going to get a new one but have his dad put it inWe told him we'd do that no problem, at no additional chargeWe didn't make any money off of this job but did it because she's been a good customerBut then she called my wife threatening her, she got combativeWe've since stopped all communications with her
