did not have a prompt reply or resolution to his concerns.  We have spoken to [redacted] and apologized for the issue with the unmonitored email address (we sincerely appreciate him bringing this to our attention) as well as the condition issues with the particular unit.  We have worked to resolve both of these issues and also provided compensation for the inconvenience he experienced.
