Attached are the contract (with warranty info in the fine print) and a receipt for half the full amount. Only half of the full payment was given; the second half would have been due upon full completion of all work (never completed, though)

Atlas does not agree to these terms and would like to go to arbitration

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me regarding an appointment scheduled for 1-22-Unresolved issues remain as detailed in former correspondence: compliance with industry standard, warranty

Atlas Foundation Repair did perform repairs to the propertyThe adjustments to another company's pilings could not be made due to the pilings being left too high and are heaving at this timeWe refunded the charge and explained to the homeowner that once the property dries out, We would be glad to
adjust the existing pilings from another companyAs for the damaged water line, The line was fixed immediately with pvc so there was no water loss and we came back at another time due to the homeowner requesting copper insteadIf the homeowner provides proof to Atlas that there was a loss of large amounts of water, We would be glad to compensate for thatThe patio door was not damaged by Atlas, The manager onsite opened the door and it broke immediately due to being rotted out with water damageHe went and got the homeowner and addressed the door as soon as we opened it so there was no miscommunicationThe yard and sidewalk was damaged by the company that dropped off materials, Atlas will take responsibility for the damages made to the yardThe manager has visited with the homeowner and we have a schedule date of December 18, to make any repairs necessary

Atlas was contracted to repair the homeThe agreement was to install one new interior piling, Ft of Tunnel, and perform adjustments to the previous pilings installedThe tunneling crew dug out the tunnels on November 14-15, The foundation work was performed November 16-On November 16th,
The foundation supervisor arrived to the home and was expecting to meet with the homeowner to discuss the repairsThere was no one at the home during the repair process, The supervisor called the homeowner times the first day we began and did not get any responseOn November 17, The supervisor arrived and again the homeowner was not home while the repairs were performedHe contacted her times via telephone and again, no response nor did anyone show up to the homeThe supervisor attempted multiple times to communicate with the homeowner but she was never available to communicate while the repairs were performedAfter the repair was completed, the homeowner decided to visit the property but the project was already completedThe only thing that was changed from the original agreement, the supervisor onsite found that of the existing pilings did not need to be adjustedThe adjustments were at no charge due to the Lifetime Warranty on the homeThe supervisor also made the decision to install an additional interior piling at no charge to the homeowner, which would have cost the homeowner an additional $Considering the homeowner was not available at any time during this day repair, nor available via telephone, Management was surprised by this complaint due to the lack of communication from the homeownerAtlas offered the homeowner a large discount due to being a returning customer, We tried to communicate as much as the homeowner would allowThe homeowner is strongly accusing Atlas of bad and fraudulent workmanship, We encourage her to get a Structural Engineer Report to reflect the accusations being madeA structural engineer will be unbiased and will provide an accurate report and findings

Revdex.com: The homeowner has reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. The homeowner finds that this resolution would be satisfactory, provided that Atlas Foundation adhere to the rules and procedures endorsed by the AAA (American Arbitration Association) as stipulated in the contract between AFrancis and Atlas FoundationThe homeowner would like to determine the person/party responsible for overseeing the arbitration to be chosen by mutual agreement between AFrancis and Atlas Foundation. The homeowner will forward 5-recommendations for that person/party to Atlas Foundation, and wants Atlas Foundation to mail 5-recommendations to the homeowner’s address. (Provide the person(s) and/or business name, business address, and phone number for each recommendation.) The homeowner also requests that Atlas Foundation forwards their recommendations no later than calendar days after the receipt of this response. Finally, the homeowner never received a closing report/evaluation for the work actually completed by Atlas Foundation, and would like for Atlas Foundation to forward a copy of the final elevation measurements to them

Atlas Foundation Repair spoke to [redacted] when we scheduled the repair regarding the carpet being lifted and being laid back down, Atlas lays it back but does not stretch and tack it back like a carpet professional would. When we called the week before the repairs to confirm she was expecting...

Atlas, The office manager also communicated with her that we lay it back down but do not stretch and tack it back. She stated that she understood we just laid it back down, After the repair her husband stated he was not notified of the carpet not being stretched. Atlas did not have his contact number in the system, all correspondence and scheduling was with his wife. The contract also states that we are not responsible or liable for carpet repairs.

atlas is schedule to go to the house on 1/22
