Hoekstra Roofing Co, Kalamazoo/Battle Creek, just completed a new one-piece membrane roof on our north facing three-season porch (5-29-2015.)This kind of metal roof with its type of pitch could not take traditional shinglesWe have had severe ice dam issues on this roof and choose a black membrane to help heat the porch roof up and hopefully melt the snowIf you ever need a membrane roofing material for what they call a "flat roof" Hoekstra's did a terrific jobThe roof was raised to meet our homes pitch and the sides were covered in sheet metal strips for a perfect fitThe completed project looks very professionalThey gave us excellent customer service too! I want to live a long time but hopefully this is the last roof I ever have to have put on! They are a five star company! [redacted]
