variety of solutions in which he declined and demanded that we refund him in fullWe even offered a refund but he said he had already traded the phone in to Apple which prevented us from taking our parts out of the device The customer has repeatedly harassed us in store and over the phone and had no reservations on using the terms "sand ***" & "***" among a slew of other threats, expletives, and racial slurs.
