I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Yes, I did receive the refund -- BUT --as the travel why would he say there is no problem delivering all pieces because the normally do a mile radius. Also when the owner came to exchange the component box, the handle was already hanging on the freezer and he said he would fix before he went back. The freezer door jammed and was NOT left open. My wife found the door the following day and I tried to close and it would not close. After numerous times of trying to close it finally slid in. As far as any service people coming to listen to the noise no one ever came or called. When I made the phone calls they said they would come, but no one other than the owner came during all the time we had the refrigerator. So everything that was said was and that's another reason I will not buy anything from this company again. I bought all appliances because I felt they would service all the equipment, but it turns out that is not true. Therefore we requested the money and it was given the day they picked up the refrigerator and not satisfied with this complaint.Thank you to the Revdex.com and your help

Review: Refrigerator making several different noises and sounds like sparking of the electronics. Handle fell off on left side of freezer and unaware of freezer not closing and spoiled everything n the freezer. Contacted store several times to see when they were coming or what we should do. The store came to insulate electronic box on top to see if that would take care of the noise. Needless to say that wasn't the problem. Just to do this one repair took over 4 months between phone calls and us stopping in the store. After they insulated the box on the top they said to try and let them know how it is working. This unit sits outside of a bedroom and the next day there was no change of the unit. Called the store and no response for 3 weeks. Kept calling the store and finally got a response. Owner said he called Samsung and would be getting parts in and would call us when they came in. Waited for call and no return call for 5 weeks. When finally got an answer the owner said he was going on vacation and said he would call when he returns. Since then it has been 4 weeks and no return phone call to come and replace parts. I'm very upset being our 2nd unit and losing all the food in refrigerator and freezer ($700.00) , can't get service, wake up in middle of night with the noise and can't take anymore of this. Therefore I would like to have my money back.

We insulated the control box in an effort to try and help deaden any sounds that the consumer may have been hearing. We did not receive a call regarding the handle falling off. It as quite difficult to arrange a time to go and evaluate the refrigerator between their availability and the distance to their home. A refrigerator that is making a noise that our technician could not hear is hard to try and service. We do not feel that the customer leaving the freezer door open is a defect in any way related to Hoersch Home Appliance or the quality of the product. It also would not have caused them to lose the food in their refrigerator section. We have contacted the consumer and picked up the unit and refunded their money.

many delays to deliver a new refrigerator, lack of communication, lack of an apology, then Hoersch appliance wants to bill us $120. for it's poor service!! never did get the refrigerator that we ordered...
