I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I in no way authorized my account to be debited 129.00; the remainder of the ridiculous fee charged by Tori and she kept my card information on file which was also NOT authorizedI told her I would send a check and that is in the text messageThis did NOT give her the authorization to TAKE the money from my bank accountThis service would be good if it were properly representedI request all of my money be refunded because they have no accountability!

Hi Jennifer I am contacting you as an authorized representative of Dr. David Hoff regarding complaint ID# [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] contracted with Innovative Wellness Solutions, on April 14th 2015 (see attached document: 2015.04.15_[redacted]_chart_brief.pdf). Ms. [redacted]...

elected to purchase the 6 Month Core program (weight loss) which included programs, services and products. Within the aforementioned document you will find on page 2 that Ms. [redacted] initialed the line item agreeing to the contract terms and was explained that she would incur a fee if she canceled the program and how the pro-rated refund would work if her program were to be canceled. Next, in the attached document, 2015.06.04_[redacted]_txt.pdf, you can view the text messages exchange between Ms. [redacted] and the staff member, Tori, of Innovative Wellness Solutions. Within the text thread you will find the refund policy was explained, in detail, to Ms. [redacted] and what her cancelation fee would be, the pro-rated refund amount, and the adjusted balance to her account. Furthermore, the staff wanted to continue to work with Ms. [redacted] and offered to structure a payment system which would have allowed her to handle her hardship and still continue with her weight loss goals. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] elected to cancel the program. On page 4 of the text thread document, you will see that  Ms. [redacted] accepted the charge in writing and requested that her account be charged in the amount of $129 to be debited on the 30th of April. Please refer to page 5 of the text message PDF for the time stamp on the conversation. Innovative Wellness Solutions, being sensitive to Ms. [redacted]' hardship, gave Ms. [redacted] another 28 days to pay and finally brought the account balance current on May 28th, 2015 as per Ms. [redacted] previous conversation accepting the charges. Charge dates and documentation regarding the transactions can be found in the attached document: 2015.06.04_[redacted]_Charges.pdf.We respectfully request Ms. [redacted] to review the documentation and her records. If she should have questions to please contact Innovative Wellness Solution regarding her account. Lastly, we hope that we have met, and exceeded, the necessary requirements of disclosure and transparency with Ms. [redacted]. Review: Specific to Innovative Medical Weight Loss located in Hoff Chiropractic, North Apollo. My first complaint is that my health insurance co. told me they would cover the cost of this weight loss program, yet the representative [redacted] told me she could not submit it and I had to pay in full, $1,730 for the 8 week program. She led me to believe, as did their advertising, that I would lose a substantial amount of weight. I have been following the diet as prescribed and injecting myself with Lipovite 3 times a week, to facilitate weight loss, and I have not seen any more results than if I counted calories on my own. I had explained to [redacted] in the beginning that I didn't have money to throw away, but she promised almost mind-boggling results saying the fat would practically melt off my body. I was so hopeful and followed the diet faithfully. After 27 days, nearly halfway through the program my total weight loss is 4 pounds. [redacted] is quick to blame me (I didn't eat my snack a few times, or I am stressing too much and that is holding me back) and of course she defends the program, she even blamed the scale once. But I have been faithful to the plan and it does not seem to be working for me. I want out of the program so I can try another weight loss program.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: While shopping for a reputable weight loss service I stumbled upon Hoff Chiropractic advertising Innovative Wellness. The program, while sounded good, was not as advertised nor were they willing or able to provide me with a written estimate. I also asked for lower payment options which they told me were NOT available until I quit the program due to the immense amount of money they charge and the fact that they attempted to debit my card they kept on file, which they were not authorized to do, for a remaining balance to satisfy their cancellation fee. I want all of my money back and will process a chargeback with my bank.Desired Settlement: COMPLETE REFUND...period.
