no car payments were made (not one single payment)....the vehicle was put into repossession.tow bill for the towing company was not paid so they would not release the vehicle untilpayment was made.
Situation was resolved. Customer had extended warranty. [redacted] looked it over and found nothing wrong. We consider the matter closed.

I have ten days from when I receive the mail to file a motion in civil court. Once again I have not received a letter stating my car is in repossession. This is getting too drug out if this doesn't get resolved here and now it will be brought to civil court your not going about this legally. I will also be making a visit to the dmv to relay and illegal operation and have all cars 70 pointed and make sure all the cars are fixed properly as I believe he is selling cars that are not legal.
