Julio came to my home to do assessment of our pest control needs. He was very thorough and clearly explained the situation and programs that Hoffer offers. He did not push me to do more than necessary for my immediate problem/needs.
Called them concerning possible bugs eating bushes and within 30 mins the tech "Aaron" arrived and was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Even took photos for analysis and consult with the company and by the end of day his original diagnosis was spot on, no bugs no white flies, it appears to be a nutrition deficiency. If not for already having a longtime pest control company at a discounted rate I would not hesitate to contract with this company. Aaron was great from start to finish and never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need, honesty hard to find these days. Thank you Aaron!
