Conrad called back - returning deposit + 3% by check - to be mailed out Friday 5/25/

Phone response by Conrad - I have not forgotten about this customer, I will be out to address the issues, I just have to finish up previously booked jobs firstI hope to be complete within the week, and then I can address this problem

I spoke to the consumer, and have taken care of his complaint

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As there is no way for us to actually know if Mr ***? is actively looking for a replacement for the fence pieces and he has not agreed to the terms of the warranty where he will replace the off-color pieces at his expense as well as install them as he agreed, I wish to keep this complaint active.? He has been telling us since we first complained about the problem that he is looking but has not come up with any solution to this problem.?
