I purchased welding chairs in September After several emails telling them they were coming and they promised they were, we never received themThe chairs were paid for in September and it was charged on my credit cardIn November, we still did not receive the chairs so I asked for my order to be cancelledMy order was confirmed cancelledThis was 11/13/It is now 12/13/and I have not received my refund OR chairsI have inquired several times about my refund

The vendor processed a payment for an item but never sent the item The first few weeks they promised it would ship on the following week, but then they stopped answering the phone I finally requested a refund via their email address at https://www.ergoback.com/ but heard nothing back I then contacted PayPal to initiate at refund request It appears this "business" is not reputable after seeing similar complaints

Placed an order with them but never received the itemHad to initiate a dispute resolution process through PayPalThankfully, it was resolved in my favor and I got a refund from PayPal

I ordered office chairs from Ergoback.com on September 18th, I still have received no chairsI have contacted them through their live chat several timesI was told the first time that they chairs would be sent the following Monday and would take 3-daysThey said a confirmation email would be sent with tracking infoThe next week nothing arrived - email or chairsThe next week I called and it went to a voicemail for Harry Davis with no mention of Ergoback.comThis is very unusual, in my opinionI left a message and did receive word back that the chairs had been on backorder and would ship the following week and I would receive a tracking emailThat was weeks agoStill nothingI have contacted my credit card company and filed a fraudulent claim

We order and paid for a heavy duty desk chair on April 24, We have been in continued communication with the company and we have been told times that it will be shipped out and still have not received the chairNone of the company's phone numbers work and they will not give a phone number to callI have been doing computer chat

Don't give these folks your credit card info! We placed an order a couple of months ago which we canceled because it never shippedWe did get a refund at that time but two months later a charge for $from them showed up on our credit card bill...we had not ordered anything more from themWhen called they said they would refund the charge and call us backThat never happened...they couldn't even tell me what the charge was supposed to be forWe have had to cancel our credit card and are in the process submitting a fraud claim

On December I placed an online order with ErgoBack for barstools I paid $for the stools and $for UPS ground delivery using my *** I immediately received an order confirmation vi email with an order number of *** In early January I called the number on the website to inquire about my order I connected to voice mail and left a message On the website I connected via chat and was told by chat text that my order would be shipped on January On February when I had not yet received my goods I called again and again left a voice mail On February, having neither received good nor heard back from the company, I filed a dispute with my credit card companyOn March the credit card company informed me that ErgoBack had responded to the dispute reporting that my goods had been delivered but they have not Both me and my credit card company have made numerous attempts to contact ErgoBack but the company personnel are non responsive

Although I have marked this as a service issue, there are multiple issues when doing business with these peopleIt could also fall under refund issues and delivery issues
On June 25, I placed an order with ErgoBackPayment was made and extracted from my bank accountI received receipt of my payment via email stating my purchase had been ordered, but nothing else, only that the order was placed and they had received payment
On June 29, I wanted to check the status of my orderIt was then I realized I didn't have a way to do that, as they provided no way to track the package via email or on their site- NOTE: They do ask (but not require) if you want to create an account with them upon purposeI choose not to do this (glad I didn't create an account, as this is proving to be a shady business)- They do have a chat feature on their websiteI sent them a message asking if there was a way I could track the order of my statusI received a response saying my order would be s
