I did not and would not have paid over $for a used machine that I could purchase all day long from other REPUTABLE vendorsAt this point I have found another service provider to fix the garbage that Ross sold meI will not ever do business with Ross againI will be advising every contact we have to avoid using them for lack of integrity and business relations

The client was on hold for non payment of their maintenance agreementWe have met with the client to resolve the issue

Having met with the clientMultiple options were provided in proposal format at different price levels clearly label and priced from lowest cost demo room system to highest cost new in box unitThe client chose and signed for the lowest priced option demo unitWhile meeting with the client he confirmed that the copy of the proposal provided clearly stated demo system and it was a situation that it was the only one of its type available at that value.As for the service contract the signed order by the client clearly states that the service contract is "separate"This was also shared with the client at our meetingWe were unable to provide service as the contract as to date has yet to have been paidWe shared this information wit the client at the meeting and offered immediate service as soon as the overdue contract invoice was paid

This does not answer the root issue, which is lack of truth and transparency in there sales processSalesman states machine is brandnew, it was a demoWhen ross meet with us they claim we were aware of that, I disagreeWe attempted to cancel our equipment order, prior to final payment and delivery, offering them a reasonable "restocking" fee, they refused stating they special ordered the machine for usAgain not entirely accurate. At this point in time, we will no longer be doing business with *** This decision is not based on the service contract that we were initially told was included, because we believe that was an error in communicationThe decision is based on lack of truth and consistency and that they have made zero attempts before or after delivery of the machine to ensure customer satisfaction. It is our impression that Ross imaging does not sell customer service, but rather equipment that companies can aquire at a substantially reduced cost from another vendor

Imaging/vendor responseRoss Imaging did not provide lease formula clarity or answers to same as previously requested They did defer to lease company yet Ross Imaging is/was the selling vendor and the facilitator of the lease It’s difficult to believe the selling vendor does/did not know their financing process.Ross Imaging wants the client to answer these questions They do not have the answers, did not know the questions to ask and are now hopeful this forum/process will provide the necessary answers, resolution and refund previously requested.Based on my industry experience the selling vendor will defer to the lessor and vice versa This is often intentional making it very difficult to get specific answers We want Ross Imaging, the seller to answer our specific questions or get same from the lessor Ross Imaging was the representative in this process not the lessor.Since parts are available for months then Ross Imaging should have been up front and disclosed the then buyout for the month lease on or before April as they disclosed same for the current month lease.Ross Imaging states the lease calculations are not correct I requested transparent clarification in previous communications re: lease residual, rate factor and buyout amount for a time prior to April and they did not If incorrect, then please correct them.I believe that the rate factor is around .02+/- for a month Fair Market Value Lease with a 10%-30% residual value built into the rate factor If incorrect I want Ross Imaging to explain the details or have the leasing company they use to disclose same fully and in writing as the vendor / lessor relationship is unlikely to provide to client or client representative I contend from experience the selling/dealer channel in fact knows.If for example the rate factor was then the original principal would be $5,($/ .02) If the residual buyout percentage built into the rate factor was 10% then the Community Church Appleton should have also been told the buyout to keep was $or the like and continue service for the month term parts are available Since Community Church Appleton would not know and did not know the buyout to be an option and that Ross Imaging only disclosed the continuation of the $/ month payment the church committed to another month term or $4,in effect over paid $3,in April ($4,- $557.00) Again, if these calculations are incorrect please correct them.Remember they previously paid $6,in the first term($111.40/mox mo.)$6,+ $4,= $10,694.40! This is an estimated equipment overpayment of $5,Since Community Church Appleton is now months into this 2nd lease or $1,the church should have/would like this applied to the then buyout (prior to April 2017)Ross Imaging should have disclosed the previous buyout amount as they do for the current and not left that piece out of their April offer.The church would like a refund for the difference when Ross Imaging discloses the lease formula, rate factor and residual component from their business partner, the leasing company and not require same from the uninformed and under-educated buyer After the refund the church would like the equipment payments of $to stop while keeping the service and supply agreement.Since the copier industry is unregulated and there are no regulatory authorities overseeing same we are requesting the Revdex.com and DATCP’s deep dive into this concern A complaint has also been filed with DATCP-File # Contact Eric Brown 608.224.4792Thank you.*** ** ***

In order to keep my home warranty we are required to have checkups. Hoffman checked it out, cleaned it up and made a suggestion for future review. Courteous and definitely not pushy. Would recommend A+.

I was very impressed with the tech ( Jacob ) who was very professional and great knowledge of the business. They were on time and did me a great job.

The experience with Hoffman from the first person to paying my bill was absolutely perfect.

Highly recommended.

I have had many ac companies speak of honesty and integrity as being important views they incorporate in their company ideals, only fall short by the technician's greed for commission. Well at Hoffman's Refrigeration the walk the walk as well as talk the talk. When I bought my unit everything and everyone from the person who contacted me intitially, to the tech that came out to give me quote and installed my unit, to even the girl that registered my unit so I could receive the extended warranty from the manufacture, was smooth and effortless. It was refreshing to do business so easily. I would highly recommend any looking for an AC company to strongly consider giving Hoffman Refrigeration a try.

This company called me on my cell to solicit their service. I have never done any business with them. They should respect the "NO CALL LIST". Why would anybody use a company that makes nuisance calls?

Thank you Hoffman Refrigeration! I recently had a check up of my system, so glad that I did before it is too hot. My husband had already suspected there were issues and the Technician found them. He was polite, friendly, well-spoken and intelligent about the business. He helped me understand my options well and gave me great piece of mind that Hoffman is not only a professional company, but are just as committed to their values and quality customer service. Part of any successful business model- they hit it out of the park! My experience from the very first phone call was awesome- Sincerely, [redacted] in the oven of Laveen :)
