Review: My mom bought a car from this dealer a used 2001 she traded in a [redacted] ford tarus and only gave here 500.00 for this trade in (this car bought at this dealership) I spoke to [redacted] about this issue and he said to me she thought it was fair when I asked my mom she didn't think it was. I asked [redacted] if he thought ** was a fair price I got no response. After he called me back and said he didt make the trade in price It was his boos This is her second car she bought from them lets treat this issue fair now and give her a fair trade in and not take advantage of the older people. The car she just bought check engine light came on. They on working on that. Lets get this trade in worked out.

I would like to see this letter that you said she wrote you in her hand writing and signed by her please email this to me so I can check with her that she wrote this letter and you didn't write the letter and just have her sign it. I'm just looking out for my mom so I do have concern about this matter. Thanks

Mr. [redacted], due to the Privacy Act of 1974 we are not authorized to release copies of any customer documents to anyone but the customer themselves, regardless of relationship. Since she is your mother I am sure that it will be much easier for you to simply ask Dorthy for a copy of the letter rather than going all the way through the Revdex.com. This matter is between our customer, [redacted] and H Lot Live and there is no problem, as you have seen by her letter. Because you are neither party, our involvement with this case has come to a close.
