This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They were suppose to come to my house to give me a quote on some windows and door installation but they cancelled my appointment twiceThe first time, they called me to reschedule the morning of the appointment because the person who was suppose to come, couldn't come anymoreThe second time, they called me AN HOUR before the appointmentI asked WHY they were cancelling my appointment this time when my appointment was confirmed hours ago and she said that it was because a big HAIL STORM hit a couple homes and had significant damages that they need to repair those houses before they can come to my house for that quote I've been waiting for weeksTHERE WASN'T A HAIL STORM ANYWHERE IN MN, NOT EVEN A DROP OF RAIN YESTERDAYI'm not upset that I didn't get my quoteI'm upset about how unprofessional this company isWHAT A SHAME!! The only recommendation I'm giving to people is to NOT do business with this company

Needs to be replaced and back the way it wasThe wrapping is completely different than original again only years oldThis is a $10,windowRoof edging is not done correctly as it was years ago We have resolved every issue with the front bow window reported by the homeownerThe window warranty is valid, and we have met all of the homeowner's requests for correcting the workmanship addressed rain guards- Open to roof and water an bugs getting in - notion correctly Suppose to be fattened down No rain diverters were put back up so water just flows over top, down spout cut jagged and crooked-terrible Job then was not cleaned up We had a Shane come here times told us was going to be fixed and never nothing and this is November, job done in JuneJob is incomplete3Roof edging- Unfortunately, Shayne is now a former project manager for our companySome time had passed as our company transitioned to a new PMWhen our General Manager stepped in to address all of the homeowner's concerns, he made arrangements to resolve every issue that was presentedEverything has been fixed that was presented in this complaint besides the gutter guards which we are intent on completingWe have contacted the gutter installer to fix the guards, however, the scheduled gutter guard replacement remains subject to the weather Our company would like to note the Homeowner left us a message claiming she will remove the complaint if we take $10,off of her project costWe feel this is unjustified and considering the project is primarily funded through an insurance claim, we have no legal means to do suchOn the contrary, such demand extorts our company to a position of conducting unscrupulous business practices Thank you for your review and careful consideration in this case

We hired this company to do a kitchen remodel in August of At that time were told the remodel would take about weeks After many cancellations by various trades and the project manager and a phone call to the owner we were told that the project manager had been fired as well as the original salesperson who represented this companyThe new project manager was better but seldom on site (he told us there were other projects he had to clean up that were much worse than ours!!) The project ended up taking over 3+ months due to trades not showing up as promisedThe cabinetry company was really the only one that was reliableWe were actually asked to pay MORE for the electrical bid and fortunately HW shared some of this increased costThe gentlemen who came to spray the ceilings once came in the early evening when we were gone and when we came home he had his car running in the driveway with his year old daughter sleeping in the carWe have many other documented issues, too numerous to list hereThey seemed very much unable to handle an indoor remodel, perhaps they are more of a siding and roofing company?

After extensive hail damage, the assessment of the required repairs was professionally performed and excellent communication with the insurance company facilitate the initial stagesThe contracted work teams were easy to work with, committed to excellence in their scope of work and Hoffman Weber ensured that we were satisfied with the workThe quality of our home was increased after the work performed by HW constructionI would not hesitate to use their services again

Hoffman Weber Construction (Omaha) recently repaired our roof The professionalism of the people, from assessment, to dealing with our insurance, to timely repair was excellent! From sales, to insurance advocacy, to construction, to after sale service is incredible Steve, Lee, Vic, Matt, Lonnie from a admin perspective, the construction crew (I didn't get a chance to get their names because they were 100% doing the business of repairing my roof), were all 100% professional I had construction firms bid my roof I checked the Revdex.com accredidations on all bids I narrowed my search to companies based on Revdex.com reviews The company with the highest bid (more than $higher) had the worst Revdex.com review HW had the best reviews and was about $higher than the third bid The third bidder reduced thier bid because they were my insurance company's "Roof Crew" The third bidder got paid three times to inspect the roof for our insurance company as the insurance adjuster could not get on the roof HW does QUALITY work quickly and efficiently here in Omaha I recommend H&W construction whole-heartedly If you need a roof HW is the best in town!

Hoffman Weber Construction replaced our roof, siding and garage doors They did an amazing job and the quality of work was great! They were great to communicate with and answered all of our questions Another storm hit and we had a few shingles that popped up a few years after replacing them They came right out and fixed them without question Great customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone

We hired Hoffman Weber (HW) as a general contractor for storm damage on our house Make sure you get Waiver's of Mechanical Liens signed by all the subs that do work on your house HW didn't pay a sub and the sub took us to court HW said they would take care of this but the sub and us were the only ones at court

I have no construction or organization skills when it comes to commercial buildings, an expert from Hoffman Weber Construction came in explained different options and scenarios that would be good short and long term solutions for our heating loss and roof leaking It amazed me his commitment and knowledge not just to the process but the consistent follow up We have already seen a savings just in the electric bills from the new roof Our company was so impressed we have already started the process to have HWC remodel some of our larger rooms as well as looking at their basement repair for some of our employees homes Once word spread of how smoothly the process went, several of our employees have since pursued projects with this company
