Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is absolutely untrue As a property owner I attempted to resolve this dispute in a professional and communicative manner Unfortunately for Huffman and Associates, more specifically, the individual representing this company, I have a bill of sale, dated and signed of the car in question making his entire position on the matter fraudulent and deceitful To date, I have not been notified of the actual infraction of HOA bylaws Yet the threats of towing a legally owned vehicle in my owned parking spot seem justified My attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I had received several complaints from owners and board members that the vehicle in question hadn't moved in about 3-weeks and this is a violation of the house rules for the association The vehicle was tagged accordingly to the house rules and it was noted that the plates expired March which is another violation The vehicle was to be towed 48-hours later; however the tow company wasn't able to get it until the next day The female owner of the vehicle even stated to me on the phone who cares if the vehicle hasn't moved in 3-weeksThis issue is between her and her landlord of the rental unit and not with Hoffmann & Associates She put in an appeal for the towing and the board denied her the refund and a letter was sent to her landlord and the owner of the unit This is an issue between her and her landlord as her landlord is responsible for her actions and to make sure they provide her with a set of the house rules for the association

Hello, first off his son called me and was very verbal and abusive on the phone towards me cussing me out as I tried to explain to him that I had received several complaints that the vehicle hadn't moved in a long time, I tagged the vehicle accordingly of the house rules that if it wasn't moved it...

would be towed, he told me that he can't drive it until 7/28/17, I asked him if someone else could move it for him and he told me that no he is the only one that can do it and nobody else.  He was argumentative towards me on the phone and I had to end the phone call due to his nature.  The vehicle was tagged on 7/17/17 and was slated for towing on 7/19/17.  Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from his dad on the issue, I explained to him on what had happened, why the vehicle was tagged for towing, he was a little aggressive with me on the phone and wanted to basically argue with me as well, I told him what his son told me and that it hadn't moved in a long time due to several complaints, he was upset and carried on.  I finally told him that if it isn't moved then it will be towed, he needs to follow the rules, he even told me that I was threatening him and I said no I wasn't, he was argumentative towards me and I had to end the phone call.  He and his son are not allowed at my office, he was verbally trespassed via phone call due to both of them with the verbal abuse/cussing and argumentative towards myself.

which is another violation.  The vehicle was to be towed 48-hours later; however the tow company wasn't able to get it until the next day.  The female owner of the vehicle even stated to me on the phone who cares if the vehicle hasn't moved in 3-weeks. This issue is between her and her landlord of the rental unit and not with Hoffmann & Associates.  She put in an appeal for the towing and the board denied her the refund and a letter was sent to her landlord and the owner of the unit.  This is an issue between her and her landlord as her landlord is responsible for her actions and to make sure they provide her with a set of the house rules for the association.
