I didn't want to file a complaint, just a review Technician went to my home & I was charged for hour of service, however he missed a HUGE freon leak outside underground Two other companies detected it Not sure if they have leak detection equipment Had to pay $for incorrectly diagnosed I have many other friends that use them & are happy with serviceJust being honest with my experience
