In no way shape or form is that the truth. If needed I can certainly have the two other customers that where there give a statement. The repair was made before permission was given.
On a neighbor's recommendation, I had my car towed to Hoffman's to fix a broken axle and to diagnose an oil leak and the service engine light which was on. I received a courteous and friendly diagnosis with all of my options explained to me. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. They went out of their way to finish my car for me on a Friday, working on it after hours and then picking me up and shuttling me to the shop. After a month my car is still running great with no signs of any leaking oil. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
