June 16, 2016We met with Mr. Hoffman at 1 p.m. and he wrote the following:1. Fix brick on the front porch.2. Get 2 estimates on repouring back porch and then meet again to discuss resolution.
We asked for a time frame to complete the front porch. He stated he would get back to us as soon as he had this set up with his masons.We also asked for a time frame on the back porch and he said he would make the contacts today and would get back to us as soon as possible.We agreed to the above but told him we still expect him to honor his written commitment of August 20, 2012 to repair the porches at no cost to us.
