Regarding the complaint from Teresa on 1/27/16.I received a voicemail which I responded to immediately and called her back...I apologized that I couldn't answer right away being I was on the other line to another Bride and Groom...I asked what I could help her with or what questions she had about...

the Candy Buffet...When Tia and Teresa came to my booth the first time at the Bridal Show they were interested in our Photography, Photo Booth Packages and our Candy Buffets...Later when they returned Teresa seemed to be pushing towards our services vs the other Photographer that they had stopped at and I was trying to ask about what the other services that the other vender offered...At this time Tia seemed angry and didn't really want to discuss anything else and that she had made up her mind with the other Photographer (which is no problem)...I explained to her that whomever she chose that from the brochure they looked like they would do good work just I never heard of them before...Then when talking about the Candy Buffet between Tia and Teresa they seemed hard to agree on a package and that almost like it was fighting in my booth amongst themselves...I just tried talking to them about the differences and that the bigger buffet would offer them a better discount in the long run and Tia seemed like she wanted to add things to it her self (which no problem) and we agreed upon a package that suited them the best at $395...I explained to both Teresa and Tia that they would be getting their contract emailed to them in a few days and that we would be talking 30-45 days prior to the Wedding to finalize the Blue Candies that Tia wanted and their availability...I explained that the Candy from us would be the freshest on the market and that most of our products are made with in the same week if not the week prior...When I received the call I had no clue that Teresa was going to cancel the Candy Buffet or that she or Tia never received their contract via email...I actually thought that the phone call was about them booking more of our services being we had discussed the Photo Booth and Photography the day of the Bridal Show...Teresa explained in the phone conversation that the Wedding had been postponed not Canceled and that it's ok because no body wanted the Wedding to happen anyway (I was confused by the whole conversation)...I explained to them that I was sorry that they didn't receive the contract and said that our company policy is a NO REFUND for deposits for anything booked with Hoffy's Entertainment LLC and that they would receive a credit to be used for a year from the date of cancelation to be used towards any of our services or if the Wedding date had changed they could use it then...At This time Teresa got very angry not letting me get a word into talk, telling me multiple times that I was done talking along with saying that she would do whatever it took to get her money back from me and that I was a scam artist and that everyone would know this...She was screaming at times and being I couldn't talk to her I hung up the phone because I have been in business since 1997 and a member of the Revdex.com for that many years too and I have never ever been treated this way by a client and didn't deserve this either when I had done nothing wrong...Later on the 27th I received the email in the complaint above from her as so did you here at the Revdex.com...I also received on the 28th of January two other phone calls from the NAWP (National Associating of Wedding Planners) and the Wedding Planner and Guide Show (which is the event that I booked Teresa and Tia's Candy Buffet at)...The Wedding Planner Rep especially was concerned because she had said that Teresa already had slandered my name to them and the NAWP (which she is on the board) and that she was willing to do whatever it took from calling the Radio Stations, Tv Stations, News Paper to Social Media to Slander my name and trash talk about me and my company to get her $200 back...I was in complete shock that Teresa has taken it to a bashing level with Groups and Associations that I am part of let alone who knows if she did write about me on any other site yet or contact anyone in the above mentioned...I feel at this time her slandering my name is going to cause far more damage to my name and reputation of being in business for 19 years that I will decline any refund...

I had no clue that there was not enough to cover the check we have multiple transactions that happen daily on our account just like any other business does and you would of never been given a bounced check on my behalf...I will make sure that there is money in the bank tomorrow for you to go deposit it and you will be able to deposit it any time tomorrow or next week....So calling me a thief when I did nothing of the sort is completely uncalled for....I also have on my cell phone the 2 times I called you after you left the message a week and a half ago along with the amount of time it rang your phone with no answer so I have no clue when I called your number one you didn't answer and two it didn't go to voicemail....So again like I said the check is good and will be tomorrow morning to be cashed and deposited into your account...Please let me know via either phone or on here when you have cashed the check so I can clear it from my records....Thank you for your time

I am so glad I hired Hoffy's Entertainment for my wedding reception. This is a very organized and professional business. The owner always responds in a timely manner and he makes your wishes for your wedding come true. I am very happy with the level of service that we received.

We hired Hoffy's for both the photography and DJ services for our daughter's wedding. [redacted] was great to work with and always responded promptly to my many phone calls and emails both before and after the wedding. Overall very happy with this buisness.
