M and M construction with *** installed my roof using lifetime warrantee components I have now developed a leak at a seam and he refuses to send someone over to fix it. He made so many different excuses he actually came and dropped off a tube of caulking to my wife and said he didn't have a ladders, or the right shoes to get up on top my two story house. I've contacted him several times and every time he makes excuses and the last time he was just rude and basically said To fix it myself.
Repair I need either him or his company people to fix it. Where the alternative would be he hires someone subcontract to fix it I don't feel I should be responsible for fixing it even if I build him I don't want to it's his job his work he needs to back up his warranty claims.

Mr. needs to read his contract with us. The roof was put on in April of 2016. We have a one year workmanship warranty. The lifetime warranty is with the roofing manufacturer. I did stop by and provided him with a tube of caulking at no charge. He can fix it himself or hire someone else to do it.
My workers are currently on other jobs. If he wants us to come up there to fix this he will be billed for the job.
