Purchased our car at a much reduced rate of only 7kCar valued at over 9k
Had car inspected at an independent mechanic shopOf his choosing
Had many (9) failed attempts to discredit us on yelpAll yelps have been overturned
We paid a mechanic to drive car for over miles at no cost to ***days after car was purchased from usThe mechanic found nothing wrong with car yet suggested a BMW software upgrade at our cost of $
The car was purchased "AS IS"Regardless we offered to update software at our cost
Filed a claim against us with our bonding company, they filed in our favor
Filed a claim against us with the Franchise Tax Board, stating we did not charge tax on vehicleThey filed in our favor
Filed a claim with DMV, stating we did not register vehicleWe did so within the days allotted to us by DMV standards
Filed claim with PayPalThey filed in our favor
All these bullet points serve as proof that we have done all we could to help Mr*** ***, yet he chose's to act maliciously and has done his best to discredit usWe here at *** Auto Sales, pride ourselves by following all the guidelines governed by DMV, and if fact go way above an beyond by offering free service days after purchase
When I spoke to Mr*** ***, I tried to reason with him on a very professional level, yet he insisted that we fix his car, regardless of all our due diligence prior to purchaseThe car was inspected by a mechanic he chose and the car was purchased under the "AS IS" guidelinesComing back to us days later and insisting we fix it was very unreasonable as is his behaviorWe offered him $as good faith, which he agreed verbally yet would not sign a settlement agreementHe has continued to lie and file claimsWe are doing everything in our power to know file a malicious intent to hurt a business entity which is being suggested by our attorney
