This letter is in response to the above referenced complaint and to let the Revdex.com know that the issue for the complaint was resolved approximately three weeks after receiving the first notification back in May.The crawl space access door that I had purchased for install on this job...

had to be custom modified to fit due to an uncenterd crawl space access well.  I took the frame back to the sheet metal shop where I purchased it from and after two unsuccessful attempts to have them modify the frame to fit, I had to purchase a power metal cutting tool and modify the frame on site.  Once on site, the access door was properly installed to the client's satisfaction.  Unfortunately this process took longer than I had hoped and this delayed the installation of the new access door.  Once installed I instructed the client on how to remove and replace the new door to gain access to the crawl space.Please process this response and adjust Seaside Environmental's rating status with the Revdex.com.
