I am rejecting this response because:The office is being dishonest They claim to have reached out to me and have resolved the problem ,which totally not trueThis law office has not yet reached out to me thus far This is the type of business people need to no "who not to do business with because if they are being untruthful about something that could be concidered to some..a minor issue think what kind of things they will do to others

Ms***, I checked our data bases and cannot find your data in our systemIs there any other name that would be in our system?

We are reaching out in the form of a letter sent in the USPS mail

Unfortunately this is a legal case that we cannot discuss in public due to HIPAA , other privacy laws and respect for the courts decision
