Review: I made two orders online. The next day I receive an email that they're not going to honor either of the sales. They acknowledged that they screwed up and tried to give me a 10% coupon in exchange, wanting me to spend more money with their company despite the fact that they cannot honor their original promise.Desired Settlement: I would like the products promised to me or comparative products in their place.This company sells numerous grips of all kinds. It's not like they do not have anything that could be substituted.I request that this company keep their promises. Otherwise this is bad business.

The "Limited Edition" grips were only visible by navigating through our website categories and were not advertised nor promoted by any means by Hogue.
