We purchased a Audi Qfrom Auto QuestIt was a most enjoyable experienceThis was the first used vehicle I purchased in over years, No hard sell, no BS, enjoyable conversationVery much unlike a main stream dealership that tries not to give you a chance to think just close the dealWe had a very small problem with a squeal with a front brakeWith no argument what so ever, they replaced rotors and pads on all wheelsHighly recommend, would certainly do business with again

Terrible experience, avoid if possible We were in our initial stages of looking for cars and didn't quite know what price range we were looking inWe wanted to test drive some vehicle to see how we felt before we decided on what one and at what priceWe went to this dealership initially and looked at a car which we likedThe salesman that helped us was the son of the owner I believe, he wasn't overly helpful but was busy and we were fine with itWe went back to the dealership, this time to take a test driveWhen we got there, the owner (I believe, if not then the father and son work at the same dealership- the initial salesman and this salesman had the same last name and there seemed to be the appropriate age different for a father and son type relationship) came up to us quite aggressively and asked us what we neededWe asked to test drive a couple vehicles, this is in point form what happened thereafter: 1) He told us we'd need an appointment to test drive the car we initially came to see and wanted to test drive as "it would take minutes to get it out with all the current cars parked in front of it" 2) The car was temporarily sold already 3) We walked over to another car that was very close to that car and there was only ONE car in front of it, with a huge area to park the ONE car in to get the car outWould have taken minutes max 4) We would ask for one car, he'd come out with the keys, spend exactly minute looking for it, he'd go back inside, get new keys and let us test a vehicle that was neither the type (sedan/coup) or the model number we wanted to try 5) After each vehicle we took out (We only took out two) he was getting progressively more agitated and less willing to help us out 6) When we got back from our second drive he demanded we tell him which we decided between 7) When we told him we wanted a black car ultimately he spent minutes ranting about how "stupid" that is and how black is the worst color for car because of scratches 8) Criticized us for not having an exact model in mind (we were deciding between BMW and Mercedes) Even though we were in the very initial stages of deciding what we wanted I left completely frazzled, my boyfriend quite upset and he's not easily angeredTo top it all off, he called my boyfriend days later asking if we were still interested in the initial vehicle and that he wasn't going to let us take a test drive unless we essentially gave a down payment on the car because he didn't want to "waste [his] time" We also asked some questions that he answered incorrectlyWe went to two other dealerships who confirmed this information Terrible experience, terrible customer service, not guaranteed to even have the car if you do not have financing already in placeAvoid at all costs if you can

Mikhail and Eugene were very helpful and accommodating in the purchase of our new vehicleThey were both friendly, professional and efficientWe appreciate how Mikhail listened to our needs and tailored the deal to match our requests perfectlyThank you for the excellent service We would highly recommend this dealership

I just purchased a BMW 328xi Xdrive from Calgary Auto Quest and had a fantastic experience from walking into the lot to leaving with the vehicle
I dealt with Eugene, and he was VERY helpfulHanded me the keys to a car and let me look around, no pressureVery transparent with the carproofs and vehicle historyIf there were claims on the vehicle, he was very open to explain them, and not hide them
Once I found a vehicle I was interested in, he handed me the keys and let me take it out for a test driveI noticed a wobble in the steering and let him know when I got backThey fixed it without any hesitation and had me drive away in my new car
Just remember when reading any bad reviews, there are always two sides to a storyAsk Eugene about the bad reviews and he will explain exactly what happenedThis was by far, my BEST experience I've ever had at a pre-owned car dealershipWhen I am in the market for another used vehicle I will be coming back here

I had a decent experience at this dealership
They are willing to negotiate, even though their inventory is priced fairly in my opinion
They have some room for improvement regarding attention to detail in their Sales preparation, but overall I had a good experience
Several good reviews on Google Plus - check them out too

WORST experience of my life, I was going to finance there bmw x50i I went to their dealership around the end of January, early February the person who "helped" me was *** rudest most incompetent person I have every met
He didn't know anything about the vehicle and when I asked him if the price was firm for the vehicle he told me this "im not here to negotiate, if your not going to buy it DONT" I went back to the dealership because my heart was set on this car
I went back on February 4th nobody helped me but him this time he was a bit nicer and I filled out the application for my credit, on the 5th he called me saying "we're going to do your application through a private financial company for less interest" I was fine with that he told me I would have the paperwork to sign to release the vehicle to me by the 7th LATEST I didn't receive a phone call so I called back on Monday the 9th he said "still waiting I should Have it by 13th" I was getting a bit frustrated but atleast I was gonna get the car I always wanted, and guess what NO PHONE CALL so I decided to go to auto quest and see what was going on, TODAY (February 16, 2015)I get their and he was helping someone so I waited inside, he came in and I said do you have the paperwork, this is what he said "sorry I sold the car"ARE YOU KIDDING ME, you sold the the car even though it was "conditionly" sold to meHe sold the car to get his commission faster this dealership doesn't care about there customers all they want is there moneyIf your going to auto quest I HIGHLY recommend NOT GOING TO ***!!!!

Terrible experience, avoid if possible.
We were in our initial stages of looking for cars and didn't quite know what price range we were looking in. We wanted to test drive some vehicle to see how we felt before we decided on what one and at what price. We went to this dealership initially and looked at a car which we liked. The salesman that helped us was the son of the owner I believe, he wasn't overly helpful but was busy and we were fine with it. We went back to the dealership, this time to take a test drive. When we got there, the owner (I believe, if not then the father and son work at the same dealership- the initial salesman and this salesman had the same last name and there seemed to be the appropriate age different for a father and son type relationship) came up to us quite aggressively and asked us what we needed. We asked to test drive a couple vehicles, this is in point form what happened thereafter:
1) He told us we'd need an appointment to test drive the car we initially came to see and wanted to test drive as "it would take 30 minutes to get it out with all the current cars parked in front of it"
2) The car was temporarily sold already
3) We walked over to another car that was very close to that car and there was only ONE car in front of it, with a huge area to park the ONE car in to get the car out. Would have taken 2 minutes max.
4) We would ask for one car, he'd come out with the keys, spend exactly 1 minute looking for it, he'd go back inside, get new keys and let us test a vehicle that was neither the type (sedan/coup) or the model number we wanted to try.
5) After each vehicle we took out (We only took out two) he was getting progressively more agitated and less willing to help us out.
6) When we got back from our second drive he demanded we tell him which we decided between.
7) When we told him we wanted a black car ultimately he spent 15 minutes ranting about how "stupid" that is and how black is the worst color for car because of scratches.
8) Criticized us for not having an exact model in mind (we were deciding between BMW and Mercedes) Even though we were in the very initial stages of deciding what we wanted.

I left completely frazzled, my boyfriend quite upset and he's not easily angered. To top it all off, he called my boyfriend days later asking if we were still interested in the initial vehicle and that he wasn't going to let us take a test drive unless we essentially gave a down payment on the car because he didn't want to "waste [his] time"

We also asked some questions that he answered incorrectly. We went to two other dealerships who confirmed this information.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, not guaranteed to even have the car if you do not have financing already in place. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Bought a toyota rav 4 from them drove all the way from regina had a dent in the back salesman promised to get it fixed from regina as we had to go back also he promised to get the another key as it had only one key but as soon as desl was done and we were back they just stepped back from promise . These guys dont back there product show good customer service during deal but run off if you have any issues wont recommend to anyone

Purchased 2013 VW Golf R that was just newly arrived on the lot. Mikhail T. was my salesman - he was easy to deal with, courteous, and not too high pressure. Yes, he wanted a sale, but it was easy discussion, not high pressure tactics. AutoQuest don't sell junkers. They gave me the CarProof and let me take a really good test drive. This is the first car I have not felt compelled to haggle over the price because they had carefully priced it. I was able to compare the same model for sale at another dealer - more milage and higher price than Calgary Auto Quest. The car was beautifully detailed prior to my final pickup. I've had the car 2 months, and am 100% happy. [redacted] confirmed the car was in great shape when I took it in for the first service. I would recommend these guys - they handled everything very professionally.

We purchased a 2013 Audi Q7 from Auto Quest. It was a most enjoyable experience. This was the first used vehicle I purchased in over 45 years, No hard sell, no BS, enjoyable conversation. Very much unlike a main stream dealership that tries not to give you a chance to think just close the deal. We had a very small problem with a squeal with a front brake. With no argument what so ever, they replaced rotors and pads on all wheels. Highly recommend, would certainly do business with again.
