I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.we paid $700 down on a vehicle and we never said we were doing a trade (they said that). And the repairs they did on the sable and the sable still does not run right and we can not get to work because of them screwed us over

Company states that the their was a situation with the couple. Company advised the vehicle they wanted to trade in, they were going to bring the title later, but they still had a loan on it and could not get the title. Company then to help them out with their Sable was took their invoice of $930,...
and gave them a 20% discount. The $500 they paid down, they wrote off the extra as well. The company essentially did the work for half price. They had a previous bill as well with them that they wrote off too. The company was unaware of the loan on the Sable til after they had drawn up the paperwork. Company did what they could to help them out.
