One month ago I placed an order for parts for an old [redacted] accordion. I gave the woman my address and credit card information because she said I needed to set up an account. One month later, I never received my order. I called and the same woman told me that I never received my order because they needed my info to start an account. She lost all my credit card information and mailing address as if I never called. I resubmitted the order. I received an email on 11/13 that my order was sent priority mail. On 11/20, I never received the order so I called again. She said that I couldn't track my order, that only she, the sender could track my order. She was beyond rude and shut me off on hold. I spoke with the manager and my order was sent to a different state. They couldn't admit that they made a mistake and made me feel like I was a problem. This is bad business for a company that's been in business for so long.
