I am rejecting this response because:
Here is the truth and main point. You never once, discussed how long the rust work could last with myself or my wife. If you would have told us it could last only a year or two we would have NEVER had the work done. I'm not stating you ever gave a false impression so understand this. I'm saying you never discussed how long it could last with either of us, period, or we wouldn't be here today discussing it. Thank you for admitting you did not state it was not guaranteed on any invoice or receipt, this will help. Finally, you specifically told myself when we were looking at the hitch portion of the work, "this hitch will never rust now", as you put some kind of black (rhino liner type stuff) on it and were quite proud. This is a fact, you told me this, and the other fact is, it IS rusting as well.
I don't know how to make this any more clear, you never discussed how long the rust work would last, ever. Also, I told you after you offered to redo the work (which would be insane to do since it didn't last hardly a year the first time) I would discuss with my wife and get back to you, I did not tell you I wanted the work redone, please forward my voice mail stating this.
