jumped the gun and became alarm because of the reviews. Thanks you so much for assisting me. The company did as they said. they kept their word to the letter. I filed the complaint before giving them the proper time. I called and spoke to [redacted] nand she said my package would arrive on Saturday. Although the tracking number not working is what alarmed me. I was wrong and Hosiery and More did as they stated. I apologize to the company. They also posted the amount for of being double bill on the [redacted] as they stated. My issue is resolved. Thanks you so much.

Review: I order hosiery from the company on July *, 2015 from hosiery and more. They debited my account twice for the amount of107.9o twice for a total of$205.80. They gave me a false tracking number and have not sent my merchandise. I would like all my money to be return! I should only have been charged once! I never received any merchandise !Desired Settlement: Refund do $205.80

Review: I placed an order #[redacted] with this company 8/**/2013 and at the time the site said the item was in stock. it is 6 weeks later and I have not received the item and I was billed and payment was made at the time of the order. I have called several times and was told conflicting information. Once I was told the order would be sent out then today, I was told the item was on back order and there was no idea when the product would ship despite me having paid for the item over 6 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: I want my products within the next week or I want all of my money back in the same time frame == one to two weeks, I also want this complaint posted on your site for others to see

I have received the order a full 6+ weeks after the order was paid for and after contacting the Revdex.com. The company NEVER contacted me directly

Review: Merchandise not received. Order placed May **. I received a shipping notice and I subsequently followed up with the company once I did not receive the items. I have contacted this company multiple times and demanded a credit to my account. Company will not provide any response until 6/*/14 stating that the order will be shipped to me at undetermined date. I have advised I demand a credit by close of business days ago. No response by company. I expect a credit immediately. I will also file additional dispute for any shipping charges to this account. I have the multiple documented emails to their customer service dept demanding a credit to my account.Desired Settlement: Credit to my credit card imeediately as requested multiple times.
