unhappy with a plant purchased from my nursery. The customer called and spoke with a salesperson about this issue and not me the owner. Plants are living and perishable and therefore they require daily care to remain healthy. Because of this it is impossible for us to guarantee the life of any plant after it leaves our care. This is our policy and it is posted at the checkout register.I do not know the care this plant was given during the 2 weeks the customer owned it. The plant was not brought to us for inspection. Sometimes plants that appear "dead" are just stressed due to inadequate care, and their health rebounds when proper care is given.
