OUT AND OUT SCAM!
Ordered $108.00 worth of product . The site said to use their size charts - which I did. However, nothing fit - even if they did fit, the quality was terrible and items did not look as shown on their website. Their site said they would refund within 60 days. I emailed them same day I received goods stating the issue and asking for a refund. In short, they jerked me around for over 3 months of back & forth and then disqualified me for a refund as the time frame had expired. It then was too late for my credit card company to get involved (should've contacted them first off).
I tried to recoup my investment by trying to sell the items for 1/2 price - no bites! Then I decided to take the full loss by giving them away - still no bites! Pretty sad when you can't even give their garbage away!

I should have started here. The shirts I got were too small and the buttonholes were already coming apart. Then the fun began. I searched their sites for a return address. I searched for directions for returns. You can't even get a tracking number from these people. I am not going to throw away more money returning these crappy shirts to them. I only spent $69 dollars so I would get free shipping. Why add to the total by paying to return these things, even if I could find a return address? I will see if my credit card can recover the money but I doubt it.
Pay attention to the reviews, folks. This stuff looked nice but some sweat shop somewhere is working people to death for pennies to ship this crap to gullible Americans. Don't fall for it!

This company's website is difficult to maneuver through once you placed an order. I tried to cancel order the next day and it showed items checked and cancelled but no confirmation was sent and payment posted on that day. Items were sent anyway and are of such poor quality I wouldn't even donate them and trying to make a return is convoluted through web

No email confirmation of my order, no tracking number. No evidence that they owe me goods for the money I gave them. $236 down the toilet until I can dispute the transaction with my bank. F-ck you, HolaPick.com.

I have yet to receive any email saying my order was received. I would like to cancel my order and get a refund but am unable to contact them.

I haven't received any emails saying the got my order, and I can't contact them in any way. I've read lots about this company being a scam, so I want a refund and to cancel my order.

I hummed and hawed for a long time before I actually put in a order. STUPID ME decided oh what the heck, I really liked a top I saw. But of coarse I did not stop there and I ordered 4 tops total.

Received 2 pieces of *** that I would not put on anyone and the top I actually really like, NEVER ARRIVED. My cc was certainly billed in a hurry. This company is a total ripoff, please save your hard earned money and skip this site.

One star is too much but I had to click o something. I have shopped on Zulily and have had some good results. Still came from China but a little better quality.

I guess I am back to amazon, because of the return policy.

I placed an order Holapick in January 2000 I cancelled the order after I was told that it was the Chinese New Year, then the second notice excuse issued by Holapick, due to the Coronavirus they were intending to open factury in Vietnam. At this point in Feb I asked for a refund. I received numerous computor generated letters telling me that Holapick rfunded my money. Checking with my bank continually and reporting this company to my banks Fraud devision nothing has been resolved. I can tell you that this company has Fraudulent practices, their product is less than desireable. Please stay away from this company, http://www.holapick.com/

Placed order 4-4-20, tried cancelling online within hours, won't respond to msgs left, their phone# is invalid. charged me, won't cancel or refund
Placed on order on 4-4-20 (#XXXXXXXXXXX). Within hours I changed my mind, went to the website to cancel the order however, the cancellation doesn't appear to go through. When I check the status of the order it says, "preparing" I've sent multiple messages through their customer service center, asking to cancel this order and NOT to send me the items and to issue a refund for the full order amount ($160.77). The company has not responded. I never received an order confirmation email from them or email about the cancellation. No communication whatsoever after 5 messages have been sent. I tried calling the phone number, but when dialed I get an incorrect number dialed message. I've also seen many negative reviews about this company. I just want my money back and this order cancelled. Please help!!!

I would like this company to cancel my order which hasn't even finished "processing" They have not mailed anything yet. I want my full refund of $160.77 and there was also another charge of $1.60 which I don't understand since this is an American company.

I attempted to use the website contact information but I was not able to submit my request. The "I'm not a robot " section would not accept my entry. I tried at least 20 times. I was careful to be case sensitive. I think that's how they block complaints..

Desired Outcome

I would like to cancel the order. I would like my card refunded. Ive been reading customer reviews the items are reviewed as very poor quality. Very disappointed.

Merchandise ordered and paid for were not received
The merchandise that I ordered from this company were not received. I requested a refund but was given the run around treatment. After weeks of back and forth emails no response. Now they're telling me there's something wrong with their financial account. They took my money but no merchandise. I think this company is running a scam...that is illegal and fraudulent. It has been a month and a half ago since all this happened and it is frustrating! They will either send me the merchandise that I ordered or I want my money back! Order no. XXXXXXXXXXXX and these are the people that I dealt with *** and ***. Date of transaction approx Feb 15, 2020. Payment amount $73.00 paid by credit card. This practice cannot be allowed to continue.

Order placed months ago (& prior to the the COVID-19), yet I haven't received any correspondence from them & it's VERY difficult to send them an email due to "verification code invalidation" even if you type it in identically. They take your money, but don't give you anything in return.

This company misrepresented themselves under another name I didn't know until I had paid never received merchandise

I made a online order with Holapick last part of February for some Christians tee shirt for a outreach I paid by my credit card... I received a email from another company with different name thanking me for my order...I was concerned it was a shoe company... I didn't know anything about this company...but they had took my payment I reported fraud to my bank immediately...they had already took money out of my account...they no phone or email I have not to this day received any merchandise or communicate from Holapick...my bank is investing this company needs to be shut down it's a fraud taking people money...I need your help and others do too!!!

Do Not Use this Company.. Holapick is a SCAM... No confirmation email... No way to track items when you go to the web site the tracking is blocked...No way to contact them..

I have been trying for nearly a month now to get a refund for a product that I returned to this company. They keep asking for repeated information.
Website says that returns are not a problem, as long as return is made in original packaging, item is unused and undamaged, return is made within 30 days.
I took me 7 emails before I was able to get them to give me the address to return to. That information is not available on their website. Once I got the address, they insisted I send them a picture of the item, which I did.
I sent the item back, they received it per notification from UPS. Now they need a picture of the receipt so they can make sure they received it. I sent that to them.
I have had 12 emails from these people, all requesting over and over the same things, already sent to them. The names on the emails are *** L *** and *** Each email is from a different entity at their company.
I really don't expect to get my refund because by the time they decide they have the item, the 30 day time period will be over. But I do want to file this complaint.

This company has scammed a lot of people. They prey on the ones who need bigger sizes. I ordered from them yesterday and never received an email to confirm order. So I checked Facebook and found that I am not the only one being scammed.

Placed an order with this business and not only did they never deliver so,e of the items I purchased but I had to endure a never ending run around with multiple incompetent representatives and never ending emails due to the their inability to accurately account for the items in my order. When I finally got a confirmation of the ability to make my return they had me pay for shipping and then after confirmed tracked receipt, they informed me of a 7 to 10 day refund timeframe......
15 days later, I had to inquire again and received a reply that they had not even processed my refund and gave me some an unacceptable excuse of a faulty accounting department and told me yet another 7 to 10 days! This is not acceptable. They have their product back as well as my money and now I feel they are steeling from me as I do not have confidence they will actually complete the refund.

Refund I would appreciate the full refund as they promised as soon as possible! This should never have been necessary but for a business to take almost two months is totally unacceptable and I feel they are deceiving and not making good on their commitment.
