Review: I ordered an acme bedroom set on May 2, 2016 and he has failed to deliver the last piece.Desired Settlement: I would like the last piece delivered or I want a total refund so I can go somewhere else.

The consumer will not be refunded anything, she has already been delivered the last piece, and she even returned the loaner piece we temporarily lent her.

Review: I bought a washer and dryer on 17th of February and paid cash for them and a delivery charge of 40 dollars, they were suppose to deliver them the next day February 18th and they didn't . I call them Thursday morning the 19th , they said there truck was full and they are empting it and would deliver them in an hour, they didn't . I called them several time to ask what going with my items that I purchased and they were rood and threatening me that if kept calling they wouldn't deliver. it wasn't delivered till Friday 21 of feburary at 12:30 . and it even wasn't the ones I picked out I was just glad that they finally delivered a washer and dryer.Desired Settlement: I just would like them to be reported and to make sure that aren't ripping anyone one else off by not keeping there word like a good business would.

Review: This merchant physically showed me a mattress that I ended up purchasing. At about 6pm, a representative called me and said that there was a rip in the mattress they were going to deliver and that they would have to order a new one. He offered a loaner mattress until that time. The movers did not take the plastic off this mattress nor was I ever informed that I was not to remove the plastic. Had someone told me not to remove that plastic, I would never have agreed to accept this loaner. This was on Monday. By Wednesday, I had to reach out to find out where the mattress was. I was told that the mattress wasnt ordered timely and is not available for delivery, so I had to wait the following week. I never got a call to schedule a delivery. On Thursday afternoon during my lunch break at work, I got a call letting me know that the drivers were almost at my house! I was at work and never had any notice from them so I could make arrangements to take delivery. I asked to be rescheduled and I was told that they wouldnt be able to deliver until the Friday of the following week. A time parameter was set,which would be 10-2. The time window came and went. At 6pm, I called to ask for status and I was told that I was on the schedule for first thing in the morning on Saturday!! But WE never discussed this until now. So I confirmed and repeated back to the person on the phone that I would see them tomorrow morning, Saturday at 10am because I am the first one on their list. I called three times after 10 am. On my forth phone call at 1:30 in the afternoon, I left a message to have them cancel my order since I never accepted delivery and that I would gladly return the loaner bed to them. Then I left to go shopping for a new mattress. I got a call from the merchant saying that he would not cancel my order and that the guys are on their way now to deliver the bed. And since I took the plastic off the loaner mattress I basically bought it. The merchant told me that I have been a no-show on the deliveries. I told him that I would be disputing the charge through my credit card company. He sounded smug as he advised me that he would simply report back to the CC company that I was a no show.Desired Settlement: Since I have not received the item I purchased I simply want to return the loaner, not take delivery of the mattress I purchased and get a refund. I don't expect the delivery fee or the haul off fee back as the drivers did come out and deliver a loaner and took away my old mattress.

Business States" [redacted] originally purchased a California king mattress that was not in stock she accept a loner mattress and box spring. She was supposed to wait a week, the 1st the company never came, the 2nd the company delivered mattress. She called on a Friday and we already made a delivery appointment for Saturday. Saturday comes and we call her for delivery and she answers the phone using vulgar language and says that she does not want to get the mattress from the company and she wants to go somewhere else. The company said please bring the mattress and box spring back and she stated no. The company offered to pick up the merchandise, she said and I will drop it off. She never did. She then disputed charges from the credit card company and then never returned the merchandise.The processing company [redacted] already took the charges back to the consumer so her has my merchandise that she did not pay for and now she’s contacting the Revdex.com.She needs to take the refund (which she already has from credit card company) and return the loner box and mattress OR she needs to pay for the original mattress (which is at our office)and returns the loner box and mattress. She cant have our merchandise and keep the money, that’s stealing. "

Review: They said the bunk beds I ordered would be delivered Friday July 22nd 2016. They never showed up. Today is Tuesday July 26th. The bunk beds are still not delivered. I called the business today and they refused to give me my money back. The man who said he is the owner said they do not do refunds. HOWEVER they refunded the money for one of the mattresses that go with the bunk beds last week.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the bunk bed and the mattress just like the refund I got for the mattress on the same bunk bed set.

Review: On 7/7/16 we stopped by Holbrooks Furniture in Oroville, Ca to purchase a mattress. We decided to pay the full amount granted we obtain our furniture as noted on the sales receipt (1-2 week delivery. On our second week we had no call from the business regarding furniture. So we called [redacted] ( owner) at Holbrooks Furniture to ask about it, he mentioned there was a delay from the supplier. [redacted] said it would take a few more days. Three weeks later we call again and received no info on the ETA of the furniture. On 8/4/16 almost a month later I call Holbrooks Furniture again to request a refund, once again there was no furniture delivered yet, [redacted] the owner said no refund was granted due to no response from the supplier, he said refund would be granted if he did not hear from the supplier within two days. On 8-6-16 once again I call Holbrooks Furniture to ask for the purchase I made, [redacted] says no refund is granted until 8-12-16. Our reciept states 1-2 weeks and we haven't received anything yet nor have no idea when. We have had poor customer service and lack of commitment from the store.Desired Settlement: To recieve a refund. We can't wait months for something we didn't agree.

Business states that they will move forward in providing a refund should the items not be delivered to the business by Friday August 12, 2016. The business depends on the supplier to provide the correct merchandise ordered. If items do not arrive by end of business day Friday, consumer will be refunded accordingly.

Review: I [redacted] on 1/2/16 went to Holbrook furniture + appliances and applied for credit and was approved up to $700.00 and I choose a washer- a roper washer that is making a bang noise when shifting into another gear.Desired Settlement: . I still haven’t received my dryer yet and when I went to aquire about the dryey one of the tech’s told me that he’s getting mad by me coming by there shop. I’m requesting for you to look into this issue, and I want my dryer and a washer that doesn’t bang loud.

PS. I also request a better warrantee more then 30 days.
