holbrooks furniture store in chico, ca.

I bought 1 couch and 2 love seats from Holbrooks in Chico, Ca. in Nov. 2015. I was redecorating my living room and needed to update my furniture. The purchase went well and so did the delivery. HOWEVER -- last week, when I was cleaning , something caught my eye on one of the seams of a love seats. I looked closer, and it appears, that when the seam was sewn, they must have had to pull out that seam and resew it, but they left small little cuts in the fabric all the way along the seam ! It is not something that you would see easy, but certainly would cause the love seat to tear if someone sat on it. Lucky for us, we rarely use this furniture, because we always are in the family room. I called Last week on May 23, or the 24th 2016 and spoke to the manager Jim. He told me they would pick up the couch by Friday, and if not that Friday, it would be the following week. So this week, the week of May 30th,still no call and no one has come to pick up the couch. I called them yesterday 06/02/16 and ask to speak with the manager, but he wasn't there, so I left a message to have him call me back. Still no call. Today, June 3rd. I called them again, and this time Jim the manager answered the phone. I encountered a very hateful man, who said he will call me back. I asked him when would he would call me back and he said he didn't know !! I said, look, all I want is for you to pick up the love seat like you told me you would, Have it fixed and bring it back to me.Just tell me when this is going to happen. He said he couldn't give me a time or a date either !! It was very obvious he has no intentions of ever calling me back, and no intentions of correcting this problem. Jim, the store manager obviously doesn't give a rip about his customers, or the products he sells.Honestly speaking, this manager, seems like he has some bad mental problems. Any help will be appreciated. After being treat so very disrespectful, I want a replacement of this love seat, and not get it fixed. Because I fear once they take it, I will never get another one back.Thank you.
