We have no record of receiving a written request from him to validate the account We show that he has gone to the credit reporting agencies several times; and we have responded to every one of them.According to FDCPA we need to respond to any request for validation within days from
the date the account is listed and the first letter sent to the subject These accounts were listed in and 2009, the letters were sent within hours of being listed We spoke with his wife in and she did not request verification at that time.However, due to the age of the accounts we are removing them from their credit The credit bureaus should remove everything according to statute Since they have not deleted these, we will request that they do so immediately

Very poor customer device in legal department, unwilling to work with you or remove account off your credit even when paid in full.
