This is totally incorrect The complainant was sent all components of the Ultimate Package, though it was sent in two separate shipments All components were received by him within a week's time All components to trap a hog was in the first shipment and we received an email from him the first tine he used the product that he caught a hog (which is what the product is designed to do) He talks about the PVC tube being dirty - it was not and the trap was scratched - it was not, unless is was damaged in shipping However, he never mentioned the box was damaged Both the trap and the PVC tube are buried in the ground They would have been scratched and dirty after the first use which he admitted in the email that he caught a hog the first night What the Customer left out is his many threatening telephone calls and his experience with calling his credit card company to stop payment on the purchase (which he did) All documentation and his correspondence was sent to his credit card company and the outcome is not what he expected it was apparent that he makes a habit of doing this with is on-line purchases He was never told nor did he ask to have the product returned because it did just as it is advertised I am a retired police officer This is a product I personally designed and I take pride in these product There is no way I would ever send out an inferior product or not make it right with an honest customer In all the years I have been doing this, this is the first complaint and not a legitimate complaint This is coming from a person who took to threatening me with calling his credit card company as he stated he has done many times on other products and vendors, UNLESS I sent him another complete package to him at no charge He didn't get the results he expected from his credit card company, so now three months later he writes to the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: this is completely incorrect company "owner" was notified by phone seconds after opening package that it was missing pieces , scratched with dirty pvc pipingowner informed me that I ordered this product from a " old website" which is their official website *** and they no longer carry products that are included in the ultimate package reason why he stated was for legal reasonsno hog bait because he said " mad cow disease" and no gloves he stated " latex allergy" for these reasons he dose not carry them for fear of being suedafter his explanation I stated at a 321$ price point I am very disappointed of how the package arrived missing pieces scratched up and out right appeared used, I asked for a refund before using the trap*** stated he wants to make me happy and urged me to use what I did get and if I was unhappy he would issue me a refundi did use product was happy with operation of trap but not with the fact I was missing components I paid for I sent him a email that stated Hello *** I spoke with *** regarding the issues upon receiving the ultimate package (missing gloves/bait, the extra springs, dirty PVC pipe, scratched trap, damaged packaging etc) I expressed to him that with all of these issues I was disappointed with the price pointHowever, I was successfully able to catch a hog with the product*** supported his product and was very apologetic for all the issues I had; which I appreciate. He even offered a replacement and or refundI plan on doing many more hog trapping sessions for my clients in the futureBeing that I bought the product at the $300+ price point expecting items I did not receive I would find it fair that you either refund a portion of my money or send another Ultimate package as compensationPlease contact me at your earliest convenience with a solution.I was responded with this:*** said the product was successful since you already caught a hog The springs were tied to the rope The bait is no longer available as explained Scratch occurred during shipping, but has no impact on the operation of the trap or the catching of the hogs.*** said good luck trapping! after receiving their response email I called *** and asked how we can resolve this he stated we are not resolving anything you used the trap you caught a hog am I going to issue you a refund because your mad? no am I going to issue you a refund because all the pieces didn't arrive no I already apologized I told him that is advertisement and I want a refund at this point he said sorry not happening I told him I will call my credit card company and let them take care of it then he said send me my trap back and I will give you your money back I told him I am not spending anymore money to ship it back send me a return label and I will ship it back he said I will send you a return label and issue you a refund, this was all said not only did he cuss at me he also told be to shut up two times during this conversationabsolutely unprofessional and the lies he stated about me having issues with online purchases is completely I have never had a issue before this

This issue has been resolved.  All components were shipped.  Once he called that the Dry Carrion bait and gloves were missing from first shipment, they were sent directly to him in a separate shipment.  He received everything.  However, his money has been returned, therefore this issue is closed.   Thank you,  [redacted]
