This store was the absolute worst store for shipping, responding to our questions and ultimately, for delivering the sofa we feel we purchasedWe have over $10, in furniture that we purchased in January, and when it wasn't here in MAY, we called and called and emailed and it seemed that the owner, despite the fact that it was in their warehouse (it had custom fabric so we expected a lengthy time), had never even bothered to find someone to ship it to Wisconsin from California They even asked us, after having our money and order since JANUARY, who we might suggest to use for white glove shipping, the shipping we had already paid for When the owner found someone, it was still a lengthy time period to get to our home The huge sectional that was incredibly comfortable and extremely expensive in the showroom, is NOT the same It is so uncomfortable that guests actually laugh when they sit for the first timeThis sofa is filled with a rock hard foam and a minor down "pillow case" There is no way this is the quality that would accompany the cost, nor the same sofa that we sat on in the storeThe owner sent us a short, rude reply, to fluff the sofa cushions There is no fluffing rock hard foam The store also said to flip the cushions Honestly, it is like a cement benchWe are so disappointed and feel that they did not provide quality, reputable service nor the product we ordered and paid for AWFUL experience
