Holda Construction did an excellent job replacing my roof, gutters, and downspouts that we needed replaced due to hail storm damageMariusz the owner is very hands on and very pleasant to work withWhen Mariusz came to my home to review the damage, he didn't push the repairs and only suggested and pointed out the work that should be doneAfter I accepted Holda's proposal, they got to work the very next dayHolda's workers take their time and take pride in their workMy neighbors also noticed the great job the workers did and my new roof looks greatThe crew also did an excellent job cleaning upI only found nails which is hard to believe! At the beginning of August this year there was a hail storm that ripped thru the West Ridge/West Rogers Park area that did a number on our roof and many other homes in the area There were “ambulance chasers” in our area immediately soliciting business and offering $to put their sign in your yard as advertisement – NO THANK YOU!!
I did my homework and found Holda Construction and reached out to them about our needs From the moment that I spoke to them until the end of the project I KNEW that I picked the correct contractor to do the job This isa family owned/operated business and you can tell how much they care about the task at hand as well as the happiness of their customers I worked with Mariusz (President/Owner) and Carolyn the entire time and feltlike I was part of their family from the very first meeting I never felt any pressure during the entire process and sought out their opinion on what would be best for our home Mariusz was honest and told us what would work best and what wasn’t really necessary if we didn’t want to spend the money He never tried to “sell us” anything! He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us during the entire process We’ve never had to replace our roof, gutters and siding before (thank goodness) so it was a learning experience for my family and couldn’t have asked for a better oneThe crew that worked on our house was very prompt each morning and worked late each night – easily putting in hours or more each day I wasin no hurry for them to complete the job because it’s the roof of the house and I wanted to make sure it was done properly and with care Now that the project is over, I stand back at look at my roof/gutters/siding compared to my neighbors and LOVE what I see I would recommend Holda Construction to anyone who needs a new roof, gutters and or siding replaced They are fantastic in every sense of the word!!! We only needed partial siding and Mr. Holda eagerly took on the project. From the first phone call thru the entire duration of the project, Mr. Holda was available to answer all of our questions and easy to talk to. He listened to what we needed done and he provided options so we know what to expect. He matched the new siding with the existing one perfectly. His crew was knowledgeable, professional and their skill was evident in the small detail cuts around problem areas. They cleaned up and the house looked like the siding was always there.
