Complaint[redacted], owner of Holdemradio.com charges a paid subscription to play for cash and prizes in [redacted] home games. I paid a yearly subscription back in November 2013 for $59.99. Which now, he has raised the fee to $99 per year and $198.00 per year for Platinum membership. On June 11, 2014, I resigned myself from the Holdemradio VIP games, on [redacted], as I did not agree with their practices, but like I stated to [redacted], technically, I was still an HR VIP member. Reasons being he has a monthly Leaderboard to win a seat to an end of year Tournament Of Champions for prizes, which now was changed to cash buy-ins to the [redacted]. With that being said, after many players including myself work very hard to be in the top 10 to be eligible to win a seat, he randomly gives points at his discretion to his friends and favorites to manipulate the results. Other times, with months of tracking various members and results, not only is there cheating, he does not pay all members the US monies owed to them. I only withdrew from the home games and not the league. He has since locked me out of not only an overall free membership, but one that I was paid in full, and open to the public. I have emails from him first saying he did not, then saying in the next paragraph that he did. So now because I joined another league, which is FREE, he banned me from the site with no refund stating that I am destroying his business, which was not true other than my trash talk in the privacy of my new club chat room. [redacted] has now stalked and harassed me following me into my new club chat room. Overall, not only is the Holdemradio site questionable of its legalities of playing for US Dollars on [redacted] in the US, I believe there are no taxes being reported. Also, it had been announced in a public forum that [redacted] was operating his radio broadcast without a license. He is an affiliate of Club WPT and gets paid from casinos such as the [redacted] and [redacted] to broadcast Live poker events.Desired SettlementI would like for holdemradio to change my denied login back to open access or a full refund of paid subscription.
