I am rejecting this response because: I did visit the business to view the video but the video footage was incomplete and some of the video footage was missingThe manager also informed me that when floor mats are found they give them to the used car dealership next doorHe had one of his employees go and bring back three different floor mats they had in the back and offered one to meNone of them were the matt that was taken from my carAt this point it was obvious to me that something shady was going on and I was not going to get the floor mat back that was removed from my vehicle and I leftAll I am looking for is the return of the floor mat that was taken from my vehicle

Customer's Name [redacted] visited our car wash around 1pm,We did watch video play back what happen lost driver side  floor mat on Jun/10 16:09. He was sitting in my office did watch all transaction when brought in Vac area and done vac his truck several times but Honestly employee did work...

perfect job , it's mean when customer came in wash his car without driver side  floor mat.It truly , he watched thru camera video, came in without driver side mat.so we don't have any responsibility ThanksIf have any question let me know
