This company is not forth coming with non-refundable fees until a contract is drawn up I was given a list of fees, which I agreed to, however, when the lease was drawn up, only then, was I told that part of my Security Deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE and my Pet deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE although I was paying extra each month for the Pet Had I been told this information, I would have never applied When I asked for my application fee to be return, (attempts without a replay) I was told no

I first contacted this company regarding a home days after the listing was posted for rentI left multiple messages, emails, tried everything I could to have someone get back to me so I could see this property or apply for it! Finally, on the 3rd day of NO response I pressed random numbers just hoping someone at this business could give me insight about this property I was very interested inThis young lady tells me the home had an approved application put in YESTERDAYSeriously???? Had someone called me the same day, I would have been that approved application! I am curious as to how someone even jumped in front of me for this property when clearly I contacted them well before yesterdayWhat a horrible customer service operation this business is runningBut they don't care, as long as someone rents it out, who cares who gets screwed right?
