Please see attached letters.I have a Proposal of $to fix my deck from Mr [redacted] (letter attached) I honestly had such a horrible experience from/with MrHolden (whom has made it clear that he feels no responsibility) that I really do not want him to repair my deck Instead, I would like him to do the right thing and reimburse me for the proposed repairs

Business said this job has passed city of *** inspectionsWood will naturally dry and then shrink, and only kiln processed wood will shrink less and that kind was not usedBusiness has responded to customer's repair requests three times since completion in 7/Business's voice
messages to customer have not been returned
