Review: Email dated October 16 from email address "[email protected]" stated that if I either installed the mobile app or texted "steakhouse805" I would receive the discount code for a "Surf and Turf" meal for $14.99. I did both with no response. I would normally not complain except I was going to use this discount to see if your restaurant was a good choice for a larger party this weekend. The fact that neither your hostess (first contact) nor your a member of your waitstaff (second) nor your manager (third and only when I asked to speak to her) was able to resolve the issue is disappointing. Further, they stated that it was the purview of an independent company that could not address the issue until tomorrow and they had a different special that night. This seems to me not only bad customer service, but akin to a bait and switch. I am very unhappy and we won't consider Holdren's as an option in future dining.John [email protected]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like the restaurant to fulfill the obligation stated in their advertising or at least discontinue such deceptive advertising.

In response to the complaint, we sent out a keyword, steakhouse 805, to text to the number 287-48 which in turn would have sent another text back that would have contained the coupon. Just to make sure everyone got it, we sent out a push notification that is located in the alerts section of the app that has the coupon located there as well. So everyone that got the app on there phone should have the ability to receive the coupon two different ways.
