Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the hole size he is referring to, you could actually stick your head through while using a flashlight insideYou could clearly see that wood needed to be drilled instead of concreteYes he used his phone to get a better idea what he was looking at but since hes the professional he should've used better judgement and an informed decision before going at the concrete foundationHe states that its his custom too do old and new homes and that I shouldn't need a contractor to refill the holeI never acted as a contractor when I first met the personAll I was doing was relating info from my electrician what needed to be done from Hole In The Wall to finish the rest of the project to hook up my bathroom exhaust fanIf I knew that this company only did concrete then I would've made sure I looked for a company that did wood drillingIm not satisfied and want my drilled hole refilled Sincerely, [redacted] ***

he was looking at but since hes the professional he should've used better judgement and an informed decision before going at the concrete foundation. He states that its his custom too do old and new homes and that I shouldn't need a contractor to refill the hole. I never acted as a contractor when I first met the person. All I was doing was relating info from my electrician what needed to be done from Hole In The Wall to finish the rest of the project to hook up my bathroom exhaust fan. If I knew that this company only did concrete then I would've made sure I looked for a company that did wood drilling. Im not satisfied and want my drilled hole refilled.
