They have taken care of our tournaments for over 15 years. We have had nothing but praises from our charity outings. Praise from the corporate events. Praise from the golfers that participate. We have had multiple winners. Many special requests and Hole-in-WON has always risen to the occasion

Easily the Best of the Best company in this niche prize contest industry for 30+ years. We have worked with for those 30 years. WHY? They created most of this industry. Putting Contests are unwatchable . . . and we have to agree that if you are not using Hole-in-won you are Paying more and getting less
We got stuck and committed to a Hockey contest AND golf tournament sponsorship in which we myself and my assistant totally forgot about as the event never got back to us. Uh oh! We contacted Hole-in-WON.com and within 3 days they had shipped the complete kit for the Hockey Goalie our logos event name to the facility provided the insurance and also handled the golf tournament. I was SIMPLY AMAZED. I have never dealt with such great customer service to follow up on the S&H to having a 24/7 line for the event which was Saturday night they explained on how to set everything up to me my assistant and the Hockey people supplied return S&H handling they get more than 5 stars. I recommended them to our BMW dealership who had a winner and the quickest best service ever. We are the largest Car Dealership in New England so we know about customer service

Review: On September **, 2013 we sent in an application and credit card form for an insurance program with this company. I spoke to the main contact on the same day. they told me they would get back to me that day with our contract. Our event was September [redacted]. They credit card for AND their contract state "Contract is NON BINDING UNTIL receipt and acceptance by a signature, stamp or seal from a Hole-In-Won.com Main office prior to event." We never received any such agreement back. On September [redacted] I called their agent to let them know how disappointing I was in their company and that since I had never received a signed contract back that as of that time they were no longer going to be used and that they no longer had any authorization to charge my credit card. the agent told me "we never sign any contracts I have no idea what you are talking about, we will charge you". I then called the owner and told him the same thing. I told them they were not authorized to make a charge and that we no longer had a valid contract since they never signed it as per THEIR requirement. We then called the bank on that same day to let them know of the potential of them trying to charge and that we would dispute the charge if it came through. A week later the committed theft and fraud by charging my card.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of the charges and for this to be brought to the State Attorney General's office for possible fraud and/or theft charges.

Review: My company signed up for and paid for an insurance policy for SuperBowl 2014, contract #[redacted]. The insurance policy paid out $5000 if "should either team run back the opening kickoff and/or the 2nd half kickoff - pinz entertainment will win $5000 to be distributed as they like".
Percy Harvin from the Seattle Seahawks returned the 2nd half kickoff for a touchdown. Video proof here: [redacted] I have contacted numerous times about fulfillment and I continue to get "lip service" and "sorry, we have been busy". Apparently I need an "Attestment Form" which the company NEVER sends to me even after asking numerous times - most recently from [redacted] on 5/**/14 and 5/**/14 and [redacted] on 5/**/14.Desired Settlement: PiNZ wants Hole-in-Won.com to honor the contract that we paid for and pay us $5000.
