I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. I have since had a phone conversation with [redacted]. He has agreed to install a chimney cap and to do some masonry caulking of our chimney to see if this eliminates the leakage. After this work is complete and the leaking stops I will be ready to close this complaint. I accept that this may take a little time because of the weather and waiting for the perfect rainstorm to test the fix.

Good morning ,   We had  been out to [redacted]s house two time prior  to his complaint  and again about the time  we first received  your letter . He has been informed as to what we felt the issue was and has been advised to contact us  if it leaked again. ...

He has been told  he may need to do some chimney work.  On  one visit  we could here some one inside  but no one ever came to the door . I think our schedules  conflicted and my hope is we are both on the same page as  to resolve  this issue. Thanks [redacted]
