I will respond later to this matter when I have more time to refute this ridiculous claim.Example, we finished the job on a Friday, no final payment Heard nothing from the owners, called them on Monday wondering what the status was, was told there was touchnup needed Two of us left another job to deal with that and took care of all the issues they had Still no checkOn Tuesday was told there was more touch up needed and went back again and finished again! Still no final payment Wednesday went back again for another final touch up and received a final payment Later that same day, the very abusive wife called me and threatened to stop payment if I did not come out that day and meet with her a do final touch ups again for the forth time!Now this ridiculous claim about ruining her carpet (two tiny spots that I removed), destroyed her blinds (one dried out plastic clip, that I replaced), one coat of paint, where everything had two to three coats on it and so on...This claim appears, to me, a dishonest attempt to get a job done for half price and have brand new carpeting installed as well! Never in all my years have I had to deal with people like this!

I am rejecting this response because: I have pictures to prove the old paint is coming through!!!!!!! I am not wanting the carpet replaced just letting him know what poor quality of work they did! I do want my money returend for the poor quality of work they did I took Pictures to prove it! I was told he would return to finish and do touch ups where the paint is coming trhough and he never called or showed up*** ***
