Reason being that one pair of pants was fixed as the customer requested, for that reason I do not include that pair in the settlement, and that the other pair of pants was not new and must have been altered previously. The $30 will include the $12 for the service that was charged for the pants that we did alter and $18 for the cost of the pants since they were already used.

I am rejecting this response because:
It is a lie. There were 2 pairs of brand new pants brought to be hemmed from 41 inches in length to 39 inches with cuffs. They had no animal hair and we're not dirty when originally left to be tailored. They were brand new.After the alterations and having worn them even though they were too shirt, I measured each pair; one measured 36 inches; the other 37 1/2 inches. They were to have been 39 inches in length with cuffs, which I paid $4 extra per pair for the cuffs.The pants cost me $41.99 each at [redacted]I requested the owner's phone number, which I know this person had access to since she had phoned the owner on a previous occasion to locate missing articles of my order.I merely stated if I did not get satisfaction from them, I would go to the Revdex.com submits complaint. Holiday Cleaners has previously lost rand new shorts and another pair of my pants and I just let that go.This I will not because I left 2 brand new pairs of pants for alterations and both pairs have been ruined
